  • Leadership: Provides you an objective idea of your abilities as a business leader no matter what stage you are in your career. An effective leadership assessment lets you—and your organization—know, in a constructive way, what kind of leadership skills you have.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Presents information about your emotional quotient (EQ) competencies so you can best decide your next steps to becoming a more effective leader and a stronger team player.

  • 360: Provides a well-rounded and broad view of leaders and their management practices. Individuals from a variety of levels in the organization provide realistic feedback on how the individual is perceived. These diverse perspectives enable the individual to improve their working relationships and optimize their leadership.

  • Hiring & Selection: Checks for personality traits and soft skills that are strong indicators of a candidate's personality fit with both the role and the overall organization. The results can show you whether a candidate is likely to stay in the role and fit in with the company culture.
